VYPE: What grade are you in and what sports do you play?

Skylar: I’m a junior at Duncan High School where I play soccer.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade?
 Skylar: My old science teacher Ms, because they always believed in me.

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you?
 Skylar: I would have to say Alyssa Harvey. She was a senior two years ago and she’s the reason I came to Duncan. She always led by example and pushed everyone to be better.

VYPE: Which professional athlete do you look up to?
 Skylar: Alyssa Naeher, she is a calm, confident leader who performs consistently at the higher level and leads by example off and on the field.

VYPE: What is the best advice that anyone has given you?
 Skylar: Never give up, even when things get hard.

VYPE: What accomplishment or memory are you most proud of?
 Skylar: Earning a starting spot and helping my teams succeed.

VYPE: What has your sport taught you that makes you a better person?
 Skylar: Discipline, teamwork, and perseverance.

VYPE: What is at the top of your bucket list?
 Skylar: Probably playing professional soccer and traveling the world.
