VYPE: What grade are you in and what sports do you play?
Gregory: I am a junior at Cache High School. I play football and also throw the shotput and discus.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade?
Gregory: My favorite teacher is Mrs.Stewart, who taught in my sophomore World History class. She is very good at teaching and she knows her stuff. If you try to debate or question her she will shut you down with history and straight facts. She would also give me peanut butter crackers everyday.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you?
Gregory: Connor Muldowney made an impression on me. He was one of the hardest workers I’ve seen. He was a leader on and off the field and not once have I ever seen him slacking or taking a play off
VYPE: What accomplishment or memory are you most proud of?
Gregory: My greatest accomplishment is being a starter straight into sophomore year. As a sophomore I would receive the highest game grades out of all the Linemen.
VYPE: What has your sport taught you that makes you a better person?
Gregory: Some days I would have to wake up before 5 AM and I would have to push myself to get out of bed just to get beat up and do the same thing the next day. Anytime I would contemplate getting up, I would always think about how disrespectful and unfair it is to my coaches and teammates. Football has taught me to be selfless and be considerate for those around me.
VYPE: What is your favorite part about representing your school?
Gregory: My favorite part about representing my school as an Athlete is being able to greet all the little kids. I remember when I was little I looked up to all the big football guys. I hope by being there for the little guys they create the same memories as I did.
VYPE: What is your all-time favorite meal?
Gregory: My All time favorite meal is a tie between my Moms spaghetti and meatballs and my Dads smash burgers.
VYPE: Here is your chance to give a shoutout or say thank you to anyone you wish.
Gregory: I want to first thank my Mom and Dad for providing everything for me and always being there for me. I want to thank all my siblings, Briana, William, and Ashlyn for being great role models, as I am the youngest. And lastly I want to thank Coach Poahway, Coach Thompson, Coach Les Abbot, Coach Landen Abbot, Coach Hit, and Coach Fletcher.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?
Gregory: For a vacation I would go to Italy with my family. I always wanted to go to Italy and see all the places and eat all the things.
