COACH: Zach House
Record: 12-12
OUTLOOK
Momentum continues to build for the Corn Bible Academy Crusaders as they enter another year under head coach Zach House, who is eager to see his veteran core and improved depth translate into wins this season.

“Looking forward to another year of improvement with this group of young men,” said coach House. “We have three returning starters and our sixth man with Zack Zybach, Braxton Souza, Cruze Bittle, and Jaden Zeller. CBA will be a fast-paced team with much depth this year. Looking forward to BII this year.”
At the center of the Crusaders’ success is senior point guard Zack Zybach (5-7, Sr.), a four-year starter. “Zack has been a starter for the Crusaders since his freshman year,” House said. His leadership and experience at the guard position set the tone both offensively and defensively for the Crusaders.
Another key piece is Braxton Souza (6-3, Sr.), a versatile guard who provides size and athleticism on the perimeter. Cruze Bittle (6-1, Sr.) brings veteran toughness and energy to both ends of the court, while Jaden Zeller (5-10, Sr.) offers shooting and consistency in the backcourt.
Sophomore Sammy Griesel (5-10, So.) adds another weapon to the Crusader lineup, bringing youthful energy and defensive tenacity off the bench.
While the Crusaders plan to push the tempo on offense, coach House emphasized that their defensive mindset will be just as crucial to their success. The experienced core returns with confidence and chemistry, setting the stage for a season where Corn Bible Academy expects to take the next step.
Senior leader Cruze Bittle continues to embody what the program stands for. “Cruze has been the heart of our team for three years,” said House. “He leads our team in prayer, started a men’s Bible study for the 7th–12th grade boys, and serves as a captain in both football and basketball. He’s a leader among men at CBA.”
With leadership, depth, and a renewed commitment to intensity on both ends, the Crusaders are ready to make their mark this season under coach House’s guidance.
