OUTLOOK

The Corn Bible Academy Crusaders are entering the 2024-25 season with renewed energy and optimism following a productive summer. Coach Zachary House is excited about the team’s potential. “This team is hungry,” he shared. “With another year of experience and a great summer of team camps, these guys are ready for the season.”

The team will rely heavily on key seniors, including Travis Cooke (6-4, Sr.), a 6’4 standout whose size and athleticism provide an essential presence on the court. In the backcourt, point guard Listin Lively (Sr.) will be steering the offense, giving the team stability and control. “The development in the offseason and some schedule changes have us looking for much improvement,” House said. “We have a talented group, and I’m excited to see what they’ll accomplish.”

The Crusaders will feature a mix of senior leadership and younger players stepping into key roles this season. Seniors like Braxton Driskill (Sr.), Luke Zybach (Sr.), and Listin Lively will bring experience and composure, while underclassmen such as sophomore Grady Dlugonski (So.) and freshman Rylan Zeller (Fr.) aim to make their mark on the court. Travis Cooke will anchor the team’s presence inside, and junior Zack Zybach (Jr.) is expected to contribute inkey moments throughout the season.

With leadership from the upperclassmen and support from emerging talent, the Corn Bible Academy Crusaders are looking to build momentum this year. Coach House emphasized the importance of development and hard work throughout the season, confident that the team will make significant strides. Fans can look forward to a competitive season full of energy and growth, with the Crusaders aiming to finish strong and make a deep playoff run.
