CENTRAL MARLOW BRONCHOS
GIRLS
Coach: Lance Osburn
23-24 Record: 5-18
“ ”The Lady Bronchos are returning only one starter from last season’s team, so head coach Lace Osburn will be looking for other players to step up and fill the gaps to help the team have a successful season. “KK Delaney is our only starter back this season,” Osburn said. “We will look to her to be our floor leader this season. During her freshman and sophomore years, she was our defensive motor every night, and we expect her to continue that role while elevating her production on the offensive side of the ball. We have a handful of role players returning in Jaylin Johnson, Reese Dickerson and Kenzie Bonotto. We also get Daylin Keyser back after missing half of last season to an ankle injury. All four will see an elevated role going into this season. We have a few new faces this year in Peyton Perry, Trentley Sharp, Peyton Hannignton and Peyten Bethune. Even though these ladies are suiting up as a Lady Broncho for the first time, they have a chance to be a big part of this year’s rotation.” Delaney (5-5, Jr.) is going to be a key player for the team this season and will be called on to be a leader. Looking to come back from a tough injury, Sharp (5-2, Jr.) should be at one hundred percent by the beginning of the season. She could play a crucial role this season. Just a freshman, Hannington (5-5, Fr.) will be an impact player this season for the Lady Bronchos. She is a tough athlete and a great teammate. Other players that will look to make an impact this season are Perry (5-6, Sr.), Johnson (5-6, Sr.), Sharp (5-2, Jr.), Bethune (5-5, Fr.), Dickerson (5-6, Jr.), Bonotto (5-6, Sr.), Keyser (5-8, So.), Debra Stephens (5-5, So.), Kyleigh McMahon (5-4, Fr.), Marlea Wright (5-3, So.), Danielle Araujo (5-1, Fr.), Lilly Taylor (5-7, Sr.), Shaeleigh Metcalfe (5-6, Fr.), and Brooklyn Minardi (5-8, F).
