Q&A with Chickasha’s Marley Scott – Presented by Sooner Nutrition

VYPE: What grade are you in and what sports do you play?

Marley: I am a junior at Chickasha High School. I play football, wrestle, and throw the shot put and discus on the track team.

VYPE: What has your sport taught you that makes you a better person?

Marley: Sports have taught me that when things are tough, quitting is not an option.

VYPE: What accomplishment or memory are you most proud of?

Marley: The accomplishments I’m most proud of are placing at state in wrestling, shot put, and discus.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade?

Marley: Mrs. Broyles is my favorite teacher. She has been a teacher of mine for three years now, and I’ve always had fun in her class.

VYPE: Who inspires you?

Marley: My mother inspired me the most. She works very hard for my brother and me.

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you?

Marley: The teammate who has left the biggest impression on me would be Cecil Robinson. From my freshman year, he took me under his wing and taught me a lot. 

VYPE: What is your all-time favorite meal?

Marley: All-time favorite meal is a steak dinner. 

VYPE: If you could have a superpower, what would it be?

Marley: If I could have a superpower, I’d want to be able to see into the future.
