e Anadarko Lady Warriors are looking forward to a solid season. Heaven Haywood, Ivory Miller, and Lenaya Williams are seniors on the team and they are the three team captains this season and VYPE wanted to learn a little more about them.
VYPE: Why do you enjoy playing basketball?
Heaven: Getting to play with my teammates and it just makes me happy.
Ivory: I enjoy playing basketball because it allows me to go against different levels and challenge myself.
Lenaya: I enjoy playing basketball because it keeps me active, it teaches me discipline, and it is overall such an enjoyable sport for me to be able to partake in.
VYPE: What is your favorite part about being a member of the Anadarko basketball program?
Heaven: The community.
Ivory: Building friendships and seeing the community come together every Tuesday and Friday night.
Lenaya: My favorite part about being a member of the Anadarko basketball team is the bonds I have been able to make with my teammates.
VYPE: Who is the biggest influence on your life?
Heaven: My father
Ivory: My Mom and God.
Lenaya: The biggest influence on my life would be my grandma.
VYPE: What is your favorite pregame meal?
Heaven: A Subway six inch Turkey and Salami with Jalapeno chips.
Ivory: An Egg and spam sandwich that my mom makes,with a Kiwi Strawberry electrolyte drink
Lenaya: Mozzarella sticks and an Alani energy drink.
VYPE: If you are stranded on an island and can only take three things, what do you take? (Food and water already there)
Heaven: My phone, my bed, and T.V.
Ivory: I would bring my bible, my phone, and a flashlight

VYPE: If you could meet anyone, past or present, who would it be and why?
Heaven: I would love to meet Michael Jackson. I love his music & I would like to ask him all questions about his music and life.
Ivory: If i could meet anyone it would be my grandma mary. She passed away soon before I was born. My family always says how she was the sweetest person. She raised my mom and I would love to learn another side of my momma.
Lenaya: If i could meet anyone past, future or present , it would be Lana Del Rey because she is one of my favorite singers.
