DIBBLE DEMONS
BOYS
Coach: Nick Price
23-24 Record: 11-13
The Dibble Demons advanced to the Regional round of the basketball playoffs last season but were unable to go any further. This season, they are looking to make a deeper run and head coach Nick Price thinks his team has what it takes. “This year will be exciting for our team in several ways,” Price said. “We have a deep roster with a lot of guys who could help us on any given night. We also are young with very little varsity experience which I believe will show early in the year but will get better as the year goes on.” Jestin Songer is a guy that will look to have a big impact on the season. He is a hard worker and has worked hard to become the best basketball player that he can be. He should have a big year for Dibble. Last season’s Sixth Man of the Year, Tucker Skipper, is back this season and he brings the intensity anytime he is on the floor. He always gives his all when he is on the court and he will play a big role on the team this season. Grady Corbin is a solid team player. He is a guy who can have a great game or a bad game and is only worried about if his team gets the win. He never wants the spotlight to be on him and he is a great teammate too. A new guy on the scene this year is freshman Cale Carter.
Cale is a freshman who will have the opportunity to play meaningful minutes this year. He comes in as a player who can be a threat from the perimeter and has great instincts on defense.
