
Kaiden Boswell- Chickasha High School Basketball and Baseball

Chickasha High School senior Kaiden Boswell is a multisport athlete, playing both basketball and baseball for the Chickasha Fightin’ Chicks. In basketball, Kaiden plays the position of point guard, and in baseball, Kaiden plays both 2nd base and center field. Many would consider Kaiden a sports veteran, having played both basketball and baseball since he was 5 years old.
Kaiden looks toward this basketball season with excitement. Kaiden elated, “Coming off a 3-win season sophomore year, we jumped to 11 wins last year and 1 win shy of area. This year, we are more determined than ever to make a deep playoff run.”
In terms of what it’s taken to be successful in sports, Kaiden stated, “It has taken a lot of time working alone, as well as making sacrifices.”
Kaiden is proud to represent both his school and community as a student athlete. Kaiden proclaimed, “It means a lot to represent my community every time I play, so I try to leave it all out on the floor.”
As far as his biggest role models, Kaiden looks towards family as the source. Kaiden stated, “My dad and mom are my two biggest role models, because they have always been there for me and sacrificed for me.”
Many memories are made during a student athlete’s sports career. For Kaiden, one moment in particular stood out. Kaiden recalled, “My biggest highlight moment of my career is when we beat our old coach to go to regionals,”
Kaiden plans to pursue higher education after graduating from high school. Kaiden stated, “After graduating high school, I plan to attend college, and later, to work for The Oklahoma Highway Patrol. “
