VYPE: What grade are you in and what sports do you play?
Alejandro: I am a junior at Anadarko and I run cross country, wrestle, and play baseball.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?
Alejandro: I would go to the Bahamas and I would take my family with me.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you?
Alejandro: My teammate from last year during cross country Alex Peabahsy. The reason being is that he was always hard working at what he did and never complained, had a great attitude, and always put God first.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade?
Alejandro: I would say my fifth grade teacher, Mrs. Barrington. She pushed me to work hard and to be a better student in class, she was also the teacher that I looked up to.
VYPE: Which professional athlete do you look up to?
Alejandro: I would say Adolis García from the Texas Rangers. He always pushes himself to be the best and shows respect to others.
VYPE: What accomplishment or memory are you most proud of?
Alejandro: I would say being the starter pitcher for my baseball team for my freshman and sophomore years.
VYPE: What has your sport taught you that makes you a better person?
Alejandro: I would say always have confidence, always be kind to others, have good sportsmanship, and be a great teammate.
VYPE: What is your favorite part about representing your high school as an athlete?
Alejandro: Showing respect everywhere we travel, showing that we are mature and capable to be there where we’re at and going to be at.

Alejandro: I would like to say thank you to my parents for raising me and the people that have given me tough skin.
