VYPE: What grade are you in, and what sports do you play?
Ken: I am a senior at Carnegie, and I participate in football, basketball, baseball, and track.
VYPE: What is your favorite part about representing your high school as an athlete?
Ken: My favorite part about representing my high school as an athlete is that I get to wear a jersey with Carnegie across it, and being able to uphold the legacy it brings with it is my favorite part
VYPE: What accomplishment or memory are you most proud of?
Ken: My favorite memories are when our team comes together outside of games, just hanging out, joking around, and building that bond that shows up on the court.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you?
Ken: Jagger Worley has left the biggest impression on me because of the skill he brought to the game and his unwavering commitment to it
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade?
Ken: Coach Wallace’s freshman year because it was the easiest A that I’ve ever received.
VYPE: Who inspires you?
Ken: My mom inspires me because of her selflessness and her willingness to give up whatever she has going on for someone else.
VYPE: Which professional athlete do you look up to?
Ken: If there’s one professional athlete that I would look up to, it would have to be Michael Jordan because of how he always pushed the people around him to be better and to never back down from anything.
VYPE: What is your all-time favorite meal?
Ken: Salmon with some french fries on the side.
VYPE: Are you involved in any other activities?
Ken: I am involved in the Student Council, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the National Honor Society, and Junior Service Leader.
