Q&A with Hollis’ Wyatt Warren – Presented by Harmon Memorial Hospital

VYPE: What grade are you in and what school do you attend?

Wyatt: I am a junior at Hollis High School

VYPE: What sports and activities are you involved with?

Wyatt: I play football, basketball, and baseball. Also I’m in the FFA , the National Honor Society, and an active member of MYF. I belong to the First Methodist Church in Hollis.

VYPE: What teacher has made an impact on you?

Wyatt: Mrs. Manney makes an impact on me every day with her happy face, she’s always smiling. She has a good  attitude and she takes an interest in her kids.

VYPE: Who are some people in your life that have had an influence on you?

Wyatt: Brent Cummins has impacted me in many ways. Whether it’s telling me what I did wrong, how to fix it, or just to have a conversation. I will respect him forever.

VYPE: What does it take to balance your school work and the activities you are involved in?

Wyatt: I try to make sure to use my time wisely. I try to get my schoolwork done in school and not have to take it home.

VYPE: What does it mean to you to be able to represent your school?

Wyatt: It means a lot to me to wear Hollis Tigers across my chest. It’s a feeling like no other to be representing my town and school. I’m proud to be a Tiger!

VYPE: What has been your favorite moment throughout your high school career so far?

Wyatt: My favorite moment so far is having the opportunity to play in the state semifinals in football.

VYPE: What is your favorite quote or piece of advice that someone has given you?

Wyatt: The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary. – Vince Lombardi.
