A rising star at Navajo High School, Alexa Hoffman is making a name for herself both on the field and in the classroom. Entering her sophomore year, Alexa is a multi-sport athlete who excels in both softball and basketball, playing center field, catcher, and third base in softball and guard in basketball. Her versatility and talent are matched only by her relentless drive to improve and compete at the highest level.
Motivated by her future and fueled by a deep competitive spirit, Alexa is committed to reaching her goals. “I strive to go as far as I possibly can in my softball career,” she says. That mindset has already taken her to impressive places, most notably, representing Oklahoma at the USSSA All-State Nationals Championship at the Space Coast Complex in Florida. Playing among the best in the country, Alexa cherished the experience and the opportunity to showcase her skills on a national stage.

Alexa credits much of her success to those around her. Her parents are her biggest role models, admired for their sacrifices and unconditional support. Coach Kale Thompson, or “Coach K,” has also had a lasting impact on her life, blending humor, life lessons, and honesty both in and out of the classroom.
Her success isn’t just athletic—Alexa maintains a 4.0 GPA and is an academic scholar involved in FFA, FCA, NHS, Student Council, Navajo Ambassadors, and the Academic Team. She also serves as Class President for the Class of 2028. Time management is key to her busy schedule, but Alexa handles it with poise and efficiency, always making time to better herself on the field.
Teammates like Madi Weber and Payton Russell push her to be her best, whether in practice or games. She especially enjoys competitive matchups with friends from rival Mangum, adding an edge to every contest.
Proudly representing her school and community, Alexa plays with integrity and passion, hoping to inspire the next generation of Navajo athletes. A member of the FBC Blair youth program and Oklahoma Sneaky Cleats Premier, she also leads by example for her younger siblings, proving that with hard work and faith, no goal is out of reach.
