DIBBLE DEMONS
Coach: RICHARD NORMAN
5-5
OFFENSE
The Dibble Demons are focused on bouncing back after a non-playoff season, with their sights set firmly on returning to the postseason in 2025. A strong group of returning starters provides a solid foundation as the Demons prepare to make a move in a competitive 2A-II District 2.
The offensive line will be a major strength, anchored by Caden Isom (6-2, 305, Jr.) and Jory Bordwine (6-1, 295, Sr.). Their size and experience in the trenches will give Dibble an edge in controlling the line of scrimmage and opening up lanes for the ground game. Running back Wyatt Malchaski (6-1, 210, So.) is poised for a breakout year. His combination of size and athleticism makes him a tough runner to bring down and a key part of the offensive attack. On the outside, the Demons bring back two talented targets in Resse Merrick (6-4, 205, Sr.) and Miguel Partida-Morales (6-0, 165, Sr.). Merrick’s height and catch radius give the passing game a big-play threat, while Partida-Morales provides reliable hands and playmaking ability in space.
With a balanced attack and plenty of experience returning, the Demons expect to be much more consistent and explosive on offense this fall.
DEFENSE
Dibble’s defense features a mix of veteran leadership and young talent ready to step up and make an impact. Wyatt Malchaski will pull double duty at linebacker, where his instincts and physicality set the tone for the front seven. Alongside him, Bladen Prince (5-11, 215, Jr.) brings toughness and versatility to the linebacker corps. Defensive end James Clark (5-11, 235, Jr.) will be counted on to disrupt opposing backfields with his strength and quickness off the edge.
The secondary boasts several playmakers, including Miguel Partida-Morales at defensive back, sophomore Jett Norman (6-0, 170), and senior Tucker Skipper (5-8, 175). Together, this group provides speed and experience against the pass. With a renewed focus and a determined group of returners, the Demons are eager to prove themselves and make a run back to the playoffs in 2025.
