9 Q’s with Weatherford’s Braelee Epp — Presented by Eagle Realty – The Morley Group

VYPE: What grade are you in this year and how long have you been playing volleyball?

Braelee: I’m in 12th grade and I’ve been playing volleyball for six years.

VYPE: Jump serve or standing serve? Which do you prefer and why? 

Braelee: I prefer a jump serve. I’ve done it since freshman year so it’s just normal for me now.

VYPE: What is your favorite part about representing your high school as an athlete?

Braelee: My favorite part is all the little kids who look up to me and all the parents that congratulate me.

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?

Braelee: The teammate that has left the biggest impression on me would probably be Saylor. She is motivating and never fails to make me feel like the best libero she’s seen! 

VYPE: How do you define leadership? What do you do to example leadership with your team?

Braelee: the ability to influence an individual or group of people. I try to keep a good attitude and a positive mindset, along with teaching and helping my teammates!

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?

Braelee: Mrs. Sanders from 11th grade! She’s fun, chill and just a good teacher. 

VYPE: What is your all-time favorite meal?

Braelee: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes and corn. 

VYPE: What is the best advice that anyone has given you? 

Braelee: “Worry about yourself”
